b. Return Authorization: Once we receive your return request, we will provide you with further instructions and a return authorization number (RMA). Please do not send the item back without obtaining an RMA.
c. Shipping: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item received. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item.
3. Refund Process
a. Inspection: Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria mentioned above.
